DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service within 48 hours of receipt. You can expect to receive in-stock items within 3-7 business days.
We also offer 2 Business Day express delivery within the continental U.S. for an additional charge. You can expect to receive in-stock items approximately 2 business days from the shipping date.
2 Business Days USPS Express Delivery - $19.95
Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We welcome all overseas orders. Overseas orders and shipments (deliveries to locations outside the United States) may take more than one week, depending on the destination. Overseas orders are generally delivered via United States(US) First Class International or US International Priority. Please note that we may deliver your order using other air carriers if necessary. To place an overseas order by fax, please send your order to (310) 349-3461 along with the following information: credit card number, type of credit card, expiration date, billing address, and shipping address. Please include your fax number, telephone number, and email address so we can confirm your order. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges for deliveries outside the United States are as follow:
Free for purchases US$200.00 and greater
Please note that there may be additional charges for deliveries to certain region of the world.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
A back order is any item that is currently out of stock, but will be shipped to you as soon as it is available. You will not be charged additional shipping for back ordered items. If there will be a delay of 2 weeks or longer, we will notify you.
